The Internet and Politics SG is happy to support the preparation of workshop proposals addressing cutting-edge research in the field of Internet and Politics for the 2015 ECPR Joint Sessions of Workshops.
The 2015 Joint Sessions of Workshops will be held in the bustling vibrant city of Warsaw. The Workshops are highly valued by political and social scientists across the world for their unique format which encourages scholars to gather and discuss their research in a focused environment. With each Workshop limited to 15-20 participants, each Paper can be afforded its due consideration.
A guide on how to propose a Workshop can be found here. If you are interested in developing a proposal within the framework of the Internet and Politics SG, please send your workshop proposal to the conveners of the Standing Group Andrea Calderaro (Andrea.Calderaro@eui.eu) and Anastasia Kavada (A.Kavada@westminster.ac.uk) by 24 January 2014.
Following the SG’s evaluation, the workshop proposal must then be submitted by 1 February 2014 via the ECPR online system. You will be notified of the outcome of your proposal in April 2014.
Please also note that funding opportunities will be available, with further information available next year.
